Returns Policy

What if my item arrives damaged?

Take a photo of the damage and keep item in the packaging, then email us within 3 days at blueacornnz@gmail.com with your contact and order details, along with the photo and description of the problem and we will get in touch with you to rectify the issue, do not throw item away as we may need it back.

 

What if my item is faulty?

We check each item before shipping, if however your item arrives and is faulty then contact us straight away on blueacornnz@gmail.com so we can assess it and then we will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion as per the Consumer Guarantees Act.
