What does shipping cost?

Shipping is charged for standard delivery $6.00, Rural delivery $9.50 . It should take 1-3 days for delivery from pick up, which is usually the following business day after your order is placed, allow an extra couple of days for rural.

What type of shipping packaging is used?

We use compostable courier bags, eco cellulose packing tape, cardboard boxes, including previously used boxes or make our own from these, newspaper or other packing paper for inside packing.

Why are so many of the products stainless steel?

We have chosen to use stainless steel as it is durable, hardwearing and long lasting and it is one of the most recycled materials available.

Will my stainless steel always look as it does when it first arrives?

Stainless steel will gradually wear in overtime giving it its own unique loved look.

My stainless steel bottle lid feels different to close than other bottles I’ve used, why?

If you are used to bottles with plastic as part of or all of the lid, ours will feel a little different as the lid and body are both stainless steel, something you will easily get used to and feel happy about for using less plastic.

Can stainless steel go in the microwave?

No.

Why does it say, ‘measurements are approximate’?

We have done our best to be accurate, but realise we all see things slightly differently.

Is there anything I need to do before I can use my new item?

Check for damage and always wash items before first use.

Is it possible to have different combinations of some of the products sold in packs/sets, like colour, size, print etc?

We will do our best to accommodate you where possible, please email your request to blueacornnz@gmail.com , we want you to be happy with your purchase.

My order is wrong, what should I do?

We do our best to ensure you receive what you ordered, if we have made a mistake, please get in touch asap on blueacornnz@gmail.com and we will be in touch to sort it out, we want to get it right!
